About NACC

A professional home for Nepal's clinical chemists.

The Nepalese Association for Clinical Chemistry was formed by more than two hundred MD, MSc, and PhD professionals working across laboratory medicine, healthcare and academic research. Following its first national gathering in Kathmandu in July 2013, the association was formally registered with the Government of Nepal in February 2014.

Today NACC works to raise the standard of laboratory diagnostics nationwide — connecting practitioners with international bodies, supporting continuing education, and giving the profession a collective voice.
